To begin, make your bracelet as you wish, decorated with pearls, charms, etc.

Then position it in a circle in its final shape.

Cut a new thread of about 30cm (size to be adjusted according to the number of knots to be made). Be careful, the shorter your thread, the more difficult it will be to manipulate it to form the knots.

Fold the wire in 2 and pass the loop under the crossing of your bracelet. Loop located towards the left.

Then pass the wire located at the bottom right over the wire at the top right. This will block it.

Then pass the thread that was at the top right over the crossed threads of your bracelet to enter the loop located on the left.

Pull the threads on each side to tighten the knot. Be careful not to tighten the knot too much, your threads must be able to slide.

If necessary, use the macrame pins stuck into your mat to hold the bracelet in place.

Then to make a square knot, we will make a knot on the other side. So that the knot does not twist, you will alternate the knots on one side then the other.

Pass the right wire under the crossed wires of the bracelet.

Pass the bottom left thread over the top thread.

Then pass the thread that was at the top left over the bracelet to enter the loop located on the right.

Tighten the knot...

Continue the knots as before, alternating sides. Once the loop on the left, then once the loop on the right...

Make as many knots as you want.

Finally, cut the wire, leaving 2mm, then burn the wire.

As soon as it starts to melt, press with your finger to stick the thread against the knots.
