Your loyalty program offers you to exchange your points for discounts :
- 20% discount for 4000 points,
- 15% discount for 2000 points,
- 10% discount for 800 points,
- 5% discount for 300 points

You can exchange your points for discounts on your purchases, the more you collect the more you save.
Access your account by logging in and clicking on “my points” at the bottom right.

Who can register?It's simple, when you create an account on our site www.perlescorner.com you are automatically registered.
How to earn points?You will earn points at each purchase of items included in the program.
Please note that only purchases made on www.perlescorner.com and at the Perles Corner boutique (11 rue Oberkampf 75011 Paris) allow you to earn points.
To earn points you must be previously registered in the loyalty program with a valid email address.
Purchases made prior to your registration in the loyalty program will not be taken into account.
If you have multiple accounts, you will not be able to transfer points from one account to another, you will need to use them on each separate account.

How do I see my point total?Your point total is displayed on each page at the bottom right if you are logged in.
At the store, you can request your point balance when you check out.
How do I redeem my points?Log in to your account, and click on the number of dots at the bottom right of each screen.
Click on Redeem points and you will see all the rewards we offer you. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for a reward. The points scale as well as the list of rewards are subject to change without notice.
Points cannot be transferred to another account.
Points are neither exchangeable nor refundable. In the event of a return, items from an order paid for in part with a loyalty voucher will be refunded pro rata and the points will not be reinstated.
How do I use my points when ordering online?
Please exchange your points for discount vouchers in advance, these must be be used when placing your orders before payment.
Once the order is validated we will no longer be able to apply the discounts.
Vouchers cannot be combined with each other, only one voucher applies per order.
They don't cannot be applied after order validation. You can keep them for your next orders.
Once redeemed a voucher must be used and cannot be converted back into points. You can find an unused voucher in your loyalty area at any time; it will remain valid until its expiry date (6 months). See.below to find them:
You must insert your code, on the first page after validating the basket, in the "gift card or promo code" box then click on "apply"
Vouchers cannot be combined with each other or with other vouchers and current offers. They cannot be split and must be used in full. on the same order. The balance of vouchers used partially will be lost.
Loyalty vouchers do not apply to preparation and shipping costs. which remain your responsibility.
How do I use my points when I visit the store?Ask for your number of points when you check out. If a reward is available we can then apply it with the same conditions as on the site.
Do my points expire?Yes. After 18 months your points will expire.
Do my vouchers expire?
Yes. After 6 months your unused vouchers will expire.
- Approved: These points can be redeemed for rewards immediately.
- On hold: Points are automatically approved 15 days after your purchases, this period is incompressible.
- Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from "Pending" to "Cancelled").
How to exit the program?If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us to request to be removed from the program. Please note that you will lose the points you had accumulated.
What happens if I leave the program and decide to rejoin?Simply contact us and we will reinstate you into the program. However, your point total will start over from zero.
