To begin, open a 6mm ring and delicately connect the natural stone pendant to a diamond connector.

Then open a 4mm ring and connect the diamond connectors together. Repeat this operation to connect a total of 3 diamond connectors per earring.

On the top, connect the BO support directly to the ring of the latter.

Repeat for the other earring.
