To begin, mount 5 mother-of-pearl beads on ball head nails.

Be careful to form loops large enough to pass through  around the twisted pendant.

The beads must be mobile and fluid!

Then open the loops created in a spiral and connect them to the pendant. For a nice result, place them in order of size, the largest/widest in the center and the smallest on the outside.

Then open a 6mm ring and insert a mounted pearl, a small 6mm pendant and a mounted pearl. Connect the ring to the pendant.

Continue in this way to place 6 mounted pearl compositions/pendants. Place them alternately between the mother-of-pearl beads.

Finally, cut a piece of diamond chain to the desired size, here we took 45cm so that the pendant falls just above  of the sternum. Adjust the size to your liking.

Then cut a small piece of about 5cm of extension chain, this will allow you to adapt the necklace to your necklines.

Connect the clasp and extension chain to the ends of the chain with 3mm jump rings.

And there you have it! Beautiful creation!

You can complete your creation with the matching hoop earrings!
