To start, cut a macramé thread of about 30cm. (Adapt the length to your wrist size, allowing room for sliding knots)

Mount the pendants on 4mm rings.

Thread the beads, then the pendant and then the beads again.

To secure them to the thread, tie a knot at the edge of the last bead. To make it easier to position the knot, you can insert a needle into the thread at the desired location and then tie the knot around the needle. Tighten the knot and then remove the needle.
